We have detailed planning for a high quality residential development of 5 dwellings in the village of Wilson, comprising 3 local needs units and 2 open market homes. The site is located between the Breedon Priory health club buildings and residential dwellings on the southern edge of the village of Wilson.
The proposals for the ‘rural exceptions site’ are informed by a local Housing Needs Assessment recently undertaken by North West Leicestershire District Council.
In response to the quality and character of the surrounding rural areas, the scheme places great emphasis on design and seeks to develop character properties, which will harmonise with the historic vernacular of Wilson. Quality, locally sourced materials will be used to ensure a high standard of finish. The proposed properties will benefit from good sized gardens and landscaping to help integrate the scheme into the surrounding countryside.
