Developed as offices this important restoration of this Grade II listed building delivers a high quality working environment. The award winning scheme (Derbyshire Greenwatch Awards) was developed using traditional material to include hand made clay floor tiles, green oak beams, reclaimed roof tiles and traditionally designed paneling for M & E/ IT circulation.  

Comprising a grade II listed former farmhouse with range of traditional farm buildings this superb restoration project was carried out with RJH Construction Ltd who undertook the development of the Barns, to provide 3-high quality family homes within the conservation area and situated on the fringe of this historic South Derbyshire village overlooking open fields.  

4 family home self build plots sold with outline planning permission.                                                         

In partnership with Jupiter Strategic Land we secured planning permission for 39 new homes in the historic village of Appleby Magna.

Alexander Hastings Developments Ltd successfully secured planning permission for two substantial family homes within the grounds of the Croft which comprised an original pre-war family home with a large garden, orchard & paddock.  The homes were sold off-plan to a customer.    

This substantial family home, located within the grounds of the principle residence, was pre-sold to a customer prior to the completion of construction. The customer was able to complete their own fit-out and internal design.
